    The location is perfect, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe and great dining options. Our Prestige Room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Staff provided really good service, especially the concierge who offered valuable tips. Just a heads up, breakfast could use a little improvement in service. We felt rushed both mornings.

    Couple's luxury stay worth it

    The concierge's assistance was really good, after we mentioned our recent engagement, they decorated our room with balloons and rose petals! When I called the concierge panicking about double bookings, they fixed it without breaking a sweat, wow!

    It wasn't inexpensive, but in the grand scheme it was acceptable.

    Really good Service and Luxurious Experience

    Our stay seemed like a luxurious escape, with the hotel staff's personalized attention. We were thrilled with the upgrade to our Prestige Room, spacious and beautifully designed. The breakfast served in the fine dining room with its Eiffel-designed dome was a highlight of each morning, with delicious pastries. One small improvement could be made in enhancing the power of the AC for even more comfort during warmer days.
